Dotaz : nema někdo pravitko na kuzele s čitelnym štitkem(se stupněmi) a nevyfotil by mne ho.....dekuji předem za info a ochotu..(pro inspiraci jak vypada original)

Ahoj! Mám zájem o koupi lunety, pokud máte nějaké náhradní, kterých se chcete zbavit

vítám všechny.
Předem se omlouvám za křivou češtinu - překládám Googlem. Nedávno jsem koupil S28, je tu jeden problém.
Na mém stroji chybí jedna z kopírovacích hřídelí pro zapojení pohonu 1:8. Najít originál je nemožné. V pasu není žádný výkres. Mohl by někdo z majitelů tohoto stroje nakreslit tento díl?

A druhá otázka. Olej mi teče podél vodícího šroubu a hřídele ze strany vřeteníku a také podél hřídelí třmenů. Setkal se někdo s tímto problémem? jak to vyřešit? Zkoušel někdo na toto místo nainstalovat olejová těsnění nebo nějaká jiná těsnění? Je možné namontovat olejová těsnění do krytů vřetenových pouzder?

Yea, i can measure. I even can try to make missing part customizing in place, but it's kinda hard to do. So i was hoping for someone can take measurements from the original and post some blueprints. Basically i need measurements of the figured groove, all other i can manage.

Yes, i know there is no sealing in the original. I meant if some try to upgrade this assembly by instaling some?

GopniG> the saddle leaks may be due to use of lower viscosity oil. If that is your case, then changing to an ISO VG 46 or VG 68 grade oil could stop it.

I can and will try to use more viscous oil for lathe apron, thanks. But i can't do that for norton box and spindle assembly cause they use the same oil and spindle assembly have sleeve bearing .
Manual for S28 says to use oil with 1,5 Engler degrees viscosity for norton box and spindle assembly. It's about 6-7 sSt (centistokes). ISO VG 46 have 46sSt (centistokes) or about 6 Engler degrees wich is 4 times more thicker and probably will kill spindle assembly.

So question about oil leakage from norton box along the running shafts is still open.

GopniG> sure, my note was only about saddle (apron). For the norton side leaks I have no idea and you are certainly right about the spindle lubrication - in the past it was even common to mix that oil by kerosene to make it thinner and improve spindle sleeve bearing flow and lubrication.
