
Well after 16 months since I placed my order, my parts finally turned up yesterday. The quality of the machining was excellent, just how long it took was the only problem. I think if I didn't get the police involved I would still be waiting.

Dear sir,
its a long time you have ordered a set of TRON+ parts from me. I'm very
sorry I wasn't able to finish your order till today, although you have done
the advanced payment. I would like to solve my obligation as soon as
possible - I'm prepared to pay back the money to you, or, if you are still
interested in the parts, I'm able to deliver the parts within 2 weeks. I
have stopped all other work until I solve this problem.
Thank you in advance for your answer, I'm sorry again for my unfair
behaviour to you.
In case of money refund, could you please give me your complete bank data
necessary for the international payment?

your TRON parts were finished today and are ready to be sent for anodizing
in blue. I hope this won't take more than 1 week, then I'm going to send you
the parts immediately. See attached photo.

I'm very sorry for the extreme delay and all the problems, I hope the
parts will arrive soon and OK.
I'm also sorry that the parts are anodized in black, not in blue as you
ordered. The galvanizing company stopped the anodizing in colors for small
customers, and I wasn't able to find a new one who would perform the blue
anodizing for such a small set of parts. I hope this is not a great
problem for your TRON machine.
