No co mam rikat, nevim co krutor resi ale celkove me ten pristup zklamal.

Já si myslím, že tady není co vysvětlovat, ty kecy co tady psal Krutor, jsou jenom kecy, a i kdyby, tak to jsou jenom jeho problémy - to zakazníka nezajímá, a navíc pokud zákazník za zboží zaplatil. Zakazníka zajímá - kvalita, cena, datum dodání zboží, skuste se vžít do situace toho hocha z Austrálie - peníze poslal - Krutor přijem peněz potvrdí, takže je dostal, a nic se z Krutorovi strany neděje. Pokud nemohu dostát svojim závazkům vůči zákazníkovi, tak je na místě omluva, vrácení peněz, a případně kompenzace zákazníkovi za neuskutečněnou akci. Nic z toho Krutor neudělal. Pouze jenom svými emaily zákazníkovi mlžil.

To naprostej souhlas, proto to zklamani z toho jeho pristupu, mel pekne naslapnuto odvadel dobrou praci a pak tohle

Well another week has passed and Krutor (Petr Spacil) still hasn’t answered any of my emails, I send two this week to him.
I appreciate what you guys have said in your post, all I want are my parts that I ordered and paid for over 12 months ago now. I have a machine that is 90% finished and all that I need to start cutting are the parts the Krutor (Petr Spacil) has failed to supply.
He said in his post here that they will be supply them, if this is true I just want to know from him when, but since he isn’t answering my emails that’s hard to find out.
Over the last 12 months Krutor (Petr Spacil) has sent me emails saying that my standard parts (12/03/11) and my custom parts (06/11/11) are finished and waiting to be anodized. I have sent him emails to him saying just send the parts, don’t worry about the anodizing and still no parts received.
I have sent Krutor (Petr Spacil) emails under different names wanting to place orders, Krutor (Petr Spacil) always said he had the standard parts in stock and would send them after an advance payment was made. I emailed him back under the different names saying since he had the standard parts in stock he could send them to me, never hear back from him.
I just want to finish my router; I have orders for stuff waiting.
If any off you guys know Krutor (Petr Spacil) personally, can you please let him know that I just want my parts.
I appreciate any help I can get.

One year ago today I received this email from Krutor (Petr Spacil);
"Hello Ken,
the standard parts are ready and I'm working on the custom parts. I will
submit them for anodizing next week. Unfortunatelly it is wery hard to
estimate how much time they need to finish their work. Usually it is a
couple of days, but sometimes they needed almost 2 weeks.
Of course I will let you know when your parts are sent to you.

One year on and still no parts received, the last time I received an email
from him was back on the 9/11/2011, I send him one every week.
If any off you guys know Krutor (Petr Spacil) personally, can you please let him know that I just want my parts or email me at lest .
I appreciate any help I can get.

Another week has passed and still no work from Krutor (Petr Spacil) .
The only email I received this week was from the Czech Police, Here is part
of the email;
"The information about the case you have sent us is concidered as an operational.
According to our Process Law I have had to send your information to the local police (where the firm is settled) and called to my collegue there to give him basic informamtion about the case. It can be expected, that thel local police they will contact you via e-mail and ask for another information or you will be contacted via Interpol."
I sent this email To Krutor (Petr Spacil) saying I could stop the police from their case if I received my parts or my money back and It was up to him.
Still he hasn't emailed me , looks like him wants to talk to the police.
I've noticed that every time I post that over 100 people view the post, some of you must know Krutor (Petr Spacil) personally, can you please let him know that I just want my parts or email me at lest .
I appreciate any help I can get.

are there any new information ??

Well after 16 months since I placed my order, my parts finally turned up yesterday. The quality of the machining was excellent, just how long it took was the only problem. I think if I didn't get the police involved I would still be waiting.

Dear sir,

its a long time you have ordered a set of TRON+ parts from me. I'm very
sorry I wasn't able to finish your order till today, although you have done
the advanced payment. I would like to solve my obligation as soon as
possible - I'm prepared to pay back the money to you, or, if you are still
interested in the parts, I'm able to deliver the parts within 2 weeks. I
have stopped all other work until I solve this problem.

Thank you in advance for your answer, I'm sorry again for my unfair
behaviour to you.
In case of money refund, could you please give me your complete bank data
necessary for the international payment?

Hello Ken,

your TRON parts were finished today and are ready to be sent for anodizing
in blue. I hope this won't take more than 1 week, then I'm going to send you
the parts immediately. See attached photo.

I'm very sorry for the extreme delay and all the problems, I hope the
parts will arrive soon and OK.
I'm also sorry that the parts are anodized in black, not in blue as you
ordered. The galvanizing company stopped the anodizing in colors for small
customers, and I wasn't able to find a new one who would perform the blue
anodizing for such a small set of parts. I hope this is not a great
problem for your TRON machine.

no, a pak že to nejde, 16 měsíců a je to doma. na to, že to jelo koňmo a loďmo přes tři kontinenty, je to sakra dobrej výkon!

Já myslel, že se to dá stihnout za 80 dní úplně dokola... Možná to dříve jezdívalo rychleji.

O ulici nize (smerem ke stredu mesta) je vyborna hospudka "Zelene dvere" s dobrym pivkem od malych pivovaru.
Tak proc se nepodivat jak pracuje konkurence a zajit na pivko.
